How to Create a Liquidity Pool on Jupiter (Spoiler: You Can’t Do It Directly)

Want your token listed on Jupiter and need a liquidity pool? Here’s the deal: you can’t create the pool directly on Jupiter, but don’t worry. I’ll show you how to get your liquidity pool on Jupiter with a simple step-by-step process.

To keep it fast and simple, we’ll use the Smithii tool on Raydium.

Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Your Liquidity Pool on Raydium and Listing It on Jupiter

  1. Open the Smithii tool: First, go to the smithii liquidity pool creator and connect your wallet if you haven’t already
  2. Select your tokens: Enter the amount of each token you want to add. You can find the full walkthrough in this post on how to create a liquidity pool.
  3. Confirm the Liquidity Pool creation: Once you’ve selected the tokens and amounts, confirm the transaction in your wallet. That’s it. Your pool on Raydium is created automatically.
  4. Jupiter will make it visible: You don’t need to list your pool manually on Jupiter. Since it’s already active on Raydium, Jupiter will automatically add it to its platform.

With the Smithii tool, you skip the technical friction and get it done in just a few clicks.

Add Liquidity to My liquidity pool on Jupiter

If we want to add liquidity to our liquidity pool on Jupiter, once again, we can’t do it directly from Jupiter.

You need to do it from the DEX where you launched your liquidity pool. If you launched it with Raydium, you can use the Smithii tool to add liquidity.

Adding liquidity on Radium

Here’s the basic step-by-step:

  1. Open Smithii’s liquidity adder and connect your wallet.
  2. Enter the AMM ID for your liquidity pool on Raydium. In this guide on how to add liquidity on Raydium, you’ll find a step-by-step walkthrough to get the AMM ID.
  3. Select the token and the amount of liquidity you want to add

That’s it. The liquidity will be added to Raydium and will show up automatically on Jupiter.

Conclusion

Since you can’t add a liquidity pool directly from Jupiter, we use tools like Smithii, which automatically create our LP on raydium. That then lets us show up on Jupiter.
