HOW TO MAKE A TOKEN IMMUTABLE on Solana

WHAT IS AN TOKEN SPL TOKEN ?
If we refer to a Solana Immutable Token, it means that the metadata of the token can NOT be changed. The metadata includes data such as name, token, description and image.
Therefore, having an Token SPL Token builds trust with your investors.
To make a Solana token immutable you must use the wallet that created the token (Authority).
INMUTABLE TOKEN Solana STEP BY STEP
Let's go straight to the step-by-step on how to make an Immutable SPL Token without programming on Solana. For this we are going to use our dApp called Make Token Immutable, and we will see this panel:
- Access to Make Token Immutable (https://tools.smithii.io/make-token-immutable/Solana)
- Connect your wallet in order to be able to use the software
- Select the Token from your wallet (Remember that you must have permission to use the token)
- Click "Make Token " and confirm the transaction (0.1 SOL)
- Wait 1 minute.
Note that you will need to do this with the wallet that has the authority of your token.
Once this is done, we will no longer be able to modify the Token metadata , which is a positive development for investors in our project.
