Top 4 Solana Token Generators
You’re about to create a token Solana but every option you find looks the same and it’s not clear what actually sets them apart.
If you’ve been searching online, you’ve probably come across the same names: Smithii, Orion Tools, Dexlab, and Coin Factory.
Each option is different, and I’ll give you the most honest, objective breakdown I can. Here’s what you need to know about each of these dApps.

1. Smithii
Among all the options out there, Smithii sits at the lowest price point for token creation.

On top of that, Smithii is the most complete option on the market, both in supported protocols and available tools.
On the protocol side, it’s the only one that supports SPL and Token 2022 from Solana, as well as versions 2 and 3 of Raydium. On the tools side, Smithii includes:
- Token Launchpad (the only one of the 4)
- Token Multisender
- Liquidity Pool Creator
- Revokes all authorities: Mint, Immutable, and Freeze
- Snapshot
- Liquidity Adder and Remover
- Update token metadata
- Token Mint
- Also includes NFT tools
Having all the tools you need in one dApp is the most convenient and reliable setup for any project.
Another key factor: the Smithii team is fully doxxed. Just scroll to the bottom of this article and click my Twitter link. You can also find us on LinkedIn with no issues; we operate transparently and stand behind everything we build.
Finally, of the four, Smithii is the only one capable of implementing anti-bot mechanics, making it the first sniper in the liquidity pool on the Solana tokens it creates, preventing bot sniping.
Summary: Affordable, by far the most complete option, and fully trustworthy. Smithii earns the top spot.
2. Coin Factory

Coin Factory has a genuinely intuitive interface, and while its toolset isn’t as comprehensive as Smithii’s, the tools it does offer support every major blockchain.
That means you can create and manage certain aspects of tokens across any blockchain. It’s a solid point in the platform’s favor since it covers multiple markets. But since we’re specifically comparing solana token generators here, that broader coverage doesn’t add much.
Coin Factory charges 0.1 SOL to create a token.
What I think firmly locks in its #2 spot is that Coin Factory lets you build a website for your token. That’s a practical edge if you’re building a more serious project and don’t have the dev skills to spin up a site.
You can create a Openbook Market with Coin Factory, but it can’t create a liquidity pool, which is a significant gap in its overall toolset.
Summary: Affordable, comes with a practical suite of tools, and the token website builder is a standout feature.
3. DexLab
Like Coin Factory, DexLab only has tools for launching a openbook market; it can’t create a liquidity pool.
Beyond that, the toolset is limited. It only includes a token creator that can revoke all 3 authorities (a solid feature), a multisender, and the openbook market creator.

One standout feature in DexLab is its AI engine that generates token images from a simple prompt. If you want something original and don’t have design skills, this can be a real lifesaver.
Based on our testing, DexLab’s fees are slightly higher but still affordable. We saw a fee of 0.15 SOL, which is reasonable.
Summary: Still affordable, the AI image generator is a nice touch, but the toolset is limited.
4. Orion Tools
Orion Tools is a reliable platform and does a decent job as a Solana generator. But it has two major issues.
The first is price: around 0.5 SOL per token created, which is hard to justify compared to the rest of the market.

The second issue is that the toolset is extremely limited. Orion Tools creates tokens and that’s it. Even for a token generator ranking, that’s still quite limited.
Orion Tools can’t create tax tokens or apply revoke update metadata, leaving the token immutable. That puts it at a clear disadvantage compared to every other option on this list.
Summary: Reliable, but overpriced and limited in what it can do.
5. Bonus: Tokenry
Tokenry is a platform that makes creating Solana tokens and tokens on other blockchains straightforward and intuitive.
The toolset currently includes only a token creator, but the team behind it is reliable and has plans to expand the platform’s capabilities over time.

Based on our testing, Tokenry charges 0.15 SOL, which is reasonable and makes it a solid pick if all you want to do is create a token on Solana quickly and affordably.
Conclusion
When it comes to price and features, Smithii and Coin Factory are the go-to choices for straightforward token generation. But if you need a solution that covers every tool your project requires, Smithii is the best option.
If you need a website to go along with your token, Coin Factory’s website builder is worth a look. And if you later need staking functionality, ours has you covered.
