Wallet Drainer क्या होता है?

wallet drainer एक malicious smart contract होता है, जो user की approval मिलते ही उनके wallet से सभी assets एक ही transaction में साफ कर देता है। यह crypto phishing attacks में इस्तेमाल होने वाले सबसे common tools में से एक है।

Drainer Attacks कैसे काम करते हैं

Attacker एक wallet drainer contract deploy करता है और एक fake website बनाता है जो किसी legitimate dApp, NFT mint, या airdrop claim page की नकल करती है। जब user अपना wallet connect करके एक routine transaction approve करता है, तो drainer contract सभी tokens और NFTs attacker के address पर भेज देता है। यह process irreversible है और आमतौर पर कुछ ही seconds में पूरी हो जाती है।

Common Attack Vectors

Fake airdrop claim sites सबसे common entry points में से हैं: user को एक supposed token drop का link मिलता है और वो claim approve कर देता है। Fake mints promote करने वाले compromised social media accounts भी एक बड़ा source हैं। Paid search results में phishing links जो official dApp URLs के ऊपर दिखती हैं, वो भी use हो चुकी हैं, जो उन users को फंसाती हैं जो addresses ध्यान से नहीं देखते।

खुद को कैसे बचाएं

Unsolicited airdrop या mint links पर कभी click न करें। किसी भी site से अपना wallet connect करने से पहले official URL verify करें। ऐसा wallet use करें जो raw data की जगह human-readable transaction descriptions दिखाए। अपनी main holdings एक cold wallet में रखें और नए projects test करते वक्त minimal funds वाला अलग hot wallet इस्तेमाल करें।
