WHAT IS SNAPSHOT
A snapshot on NFT is literally a capture of the wallets that own an NFT collection. In other words, a list of wallets holding specific NFTs that belong to a collection you’re running the snapshot on.
This lets you reward your holders in different ways, though the most common use case is an airdrop.
On top of that, depending on which tool you use to run the airdrop (if you don’t code, you’ll need one), you can pull a snapshot with extra data, like the number of NFT per wallet, the ID of each NFT held, and even a snapshot in CSV format for easier tracking.
