How to make Airdrop of Arb tokens without programming in 4 steps

If you want to send tokens to multiple wallets on Arbitrum I will explain you how to do it in 5 steps in a fast and secure way.

When we talk about multasend, bulksend and airdrop we are talking about the same thing: Sending a certain amount of tokens to multiple wallets for marketing purposes.

In this case we are going to explain how to do it for the L2 of Ethereum, Arbitrum, which offers certain advantages in terms of decentralization and security with respect to the L1.

The only thing you will need is the wallet with which you created the tokens to make airdrop and the addresses to send to. Let's go step by step.

If video tutorials are your thing, here's one for you:

Step by step to make a airdrop in Arb

To make an airdrop on Arbitrum we are going to use the Smithii tools suite. The first thing to do is to go to Smithii's Arbitrum Multisender where you will see an interface like the following one:

Arbitrum multisenderNo-code tool for making ERC-20 airdrops.

Then, we proceed as follows to make a successful airdrop :

  1. Select the token want to send: Once you connect your wallet be able to see the Arbitrum tokens Arbitrum for airdrop. WARNING: You must use the wallet token Arbitrum wallet token airdrop; otherwise, it won’t work.
  2. Add the wallet addresses to which the tokens will be sent: Here you must enter the list of wallet addresses to which you want to send the tokens. You can add the addresses manually or upload them from a CSV file.
  3. Configure how many tokens will be sent to each wallet: Here you can define how many tokens you will send to each wallet. The number you enter in this field will be the number of tokens distributed evenly to all the addresses you have provided.

And that's it, all you have to do is click on airdrop and the tool will take some time to send to all wallets.

How much does it cost to make an aidrop on Arbitrum?

The cost is calculated based on the number of wallets and the amount of tokens you are sending. It includes a formula that tells you the cost per wallet which, in this case, is 0.0001 ETH per wallet plus the cost of gas.

It is critical to ensure that you have sufficient funds from ETH to cover the costs of airdrop.

How to get directions to make airdrop

It's a great idea to take a snapshot a token has an audience you're interested in; this way, the program will generate a CSV file that you can upload directly to Multisender wasting any time.

What are airdrops used for on Arbitrum?

Airdrops on Arbitrum are usually performed for a variety of purposes, the most common being:

  1. Revenue Sharing: Sharing profits or rewards in tokens among participants or holders.
  2. Promotion: Generate visibility and attract users to your project.
  3. Equity: Offering token holders a stake in a project, allowing them to participate in governance and decision making.
  4. Whitelist: Offer early or exclusive access to a select group of users through token distribution.
  5. Refound: To compensate users for overpayments, failed transactions or other circumstances requiring reimbursement.
  6. Payments: Facilitate payments or transfers for services, collaborations or incentives directly through the Arbitrum network.

Is it safe to use Multisender from Smithii?

Smithii Tools has been audited by CoinFabrik under the Mantis protocol. This makes Smithii the most secure Tools Suite on the market.

Conclusion

In this post, I showed you how to run an airdrop Arbitrum the most cost-effective way available—and without any coding—similar to creating a token Arbitrum. It only took three steps: selecting the token, adding the wallets, and choosing the amount for each wallet. It couldn’t be simpler.
