HOW TO MANAGE TWITTER NFT COLLECTION
TwitterX or the creator of Hype for NFT. Whatever you call it, it has a FUNDAMENTAL weight in the success of your NFT Collection.
Before I go on, welcome to the tenth chapter of the NFT Creation course. In this chapter we will talk about the management of Twitter, our possible best friend, but also our possible worst enemy. It will depend on how good we are at managing it.
I will teach you the keys to create hype with Twitter, redirect your audience and build loyalty so they become buyers of your NFTs. Of course, I will tell you what we are doing at Tillarys and why.
WHAT IS ESSENTIAL IN TWITTER NFT
In order to properly manage your Twitter account in the NFT sector you will need certain positions covered and certain resources that will help a lot.
The first thing is a good artist. An artist that makes good illustrations, good animations and good NFT. It is not enough that they are good, they must be unique, eye-catching and of quality.
Once we have the "resources" we will need someone who knows how to exploit them. He/she will be in charge of the main management, that is, the main publications. We will call him/her the Twitter Manager.
Without these two pieces we will not be able to do anything, but other figures also come into play that will be of great help.
Language; I'm not talking about English or Spanish, I'm talking about having a brand language and aculture to transmit with your NFT collection. This should be completely linked to the art that your collection has and it is very important to differentiate yourself.
Twitter Intern; is the person in charge of interacting with other accounts, to get more interactions and attract the attention of more users. Ideally, this person should be creative to get interaction and some responses that really give exposure to the project.
Raids; there are platforms like tombraid that allow you to hire raids (people interacting with your post) giving your posts more exposure. It is better seen than using bots, although it is not ideal to have to use it.
Spaces; there are many projects and influencers that make Twitter Spaces in the form of an interview in which projects will tell about them, what they are working on, etc. It is important that you are present and take part, so you will have a loudspeaker with which to reach more people and build listener loyalty, as you will have the ability to convince them that your project is worthwhile.
Promotions; there are hundreds of crypto influencers that will spam you for promotions on their accounts, but most of them are not worth it. It is important to have promotions present, but always be careful. We will talk in depth about promotions in the next chapter.

MANAGEMENT OF TWITTER NFT
Let's get straight to the nitty-gritty. We will divide the section into several sub-sections to discuss the key concepts to address the correct management and that you understand each step.
Remember that we are not in 2021 and that projects are not sold with just a couple of poorly done illustrations in Canva. Now we need quality that generates interest and that people don't want to miss.
ORGANIZE YOUR TWITTER
The first thing to do is to organize our content, at least to have an idea in mind. This organization will be linked to the marketing plan. In our case we will follow the plan we discussed in chapter 4, although we must always be prepared to iterate in case of problems that may arise.
We must also keep in mind the graphic resources we are going to have, the partnerships to integrate during the process and the utilities we want to teach.
Therefore, take a calendar and plan when you are going to publish, at what times, what results you expect to achieve with each post and what is the final goal you want with each post. By doing this you will be able to measure your actions and focus on what works.
I understand that you have doubts, but don't worry, I will explain the initial approach I did with Tillarys and how we have made modifications so that you have a real example.
GETS EXPOSURE
It's nice to have our posts well organized, but we need to give them exposure to make them work.
We have 4 main ways; organically, promotions with influencers, raids and collabs.
All of them are useful, especially to get started, but we must always keep in mind thatthe interaction and visibility that will give us real sales is the organic one, in which we can include a percentage of collaborations.
If you have great utility, great art or great whatever but you don't reach people it's no use.Having exposure is key and you will have to get it at Twitter.
PARTNERSHIPS AND COLLABORATIONS
In chapter 12 we will talk about partnerships and why they are a fundamental pillar for success. But we have to mention them in this chapter as well because they will bring a lot of visibility and above all numbers to our Twitter.
Something similar happens with partnerships, although in this case they will help us to gain the trust of users and achieve brand awareness.
Partnerships are key to give us visibility, you have to look for them with consolidated projects that really bring what a partnership should bring. Of course, keep in mind that you will have to offer something in return. The more hype our project has , the easier it will be to get these partnerships.
ANALYSIS AND PROGRESS
This is all great but how do I know if I'm doing it right? You need data.
In chapter 13 I will explain how to do it professionally with Smithii. But you can also do it manually.
The key is to know the market and observe what and how other projects are doing it and how good are the results they achieve.
Remember that many projects have false hype and that the market is largely driven by DAOs. But at least they will serve as a reference for many things. You must know your capabilities and limits.
HOW DO I MANAGE THE TWITTER OF MY NFT COLLECTION?
We managed Tillarys based on the plans mentioned in previous chapters and with this organization:
-We started with a couple of weeks on Twitter to build anticipation.
We launched discord closed with invitations only for those who win in our "Gatchapy" tool, which we adapted to get OG and WL.
We open Discord andstart collaborations (in the meantime we continue posting on Twitter every 3-5 days).
-We are closing Partnerships to consolidate our position (announcement in Twitter included).
We participate in all possible Twitter Spaces.
-We are launching tools to demonstrate that we are creating utility prior to the mint
We launched a privatePresale to sell a part of the collection and make the final mint even more limited.
-We create hype for the mint
-Soldout with Mint at Launchpad top
It sounds so simple in writing, but then so would anyone else. So what are the keys to Tillarys gaining hype and expectation?
The first key is the quality of our designs. Luckily we have a top designer who is taking care of the artwork for each of the publications, making them all unique and eye-catching.
The second key is the visibility we got in our first posts. In the first one we spent only about 150$ in promotion with very good results. In the second one we spent 2 SOL on tombraid. The rest is purely organic so far (September 10, 2023).
The third key and very important is our team. We have incredible collab managers that are bringing us the interest of large communities.
We also paid two influencers to shill for us, which has given us extra visibility and trust. Although we have received other shills organically that have also been very well received.
Something that I think is intangible but we are achieving at Tillarys is loyalty. Although our reach is very good, it's not the best. However, our engagement rate is very high, which shows that people who have discovered Tillarys are interested and engaged.
We are achieving this thanks to our good usability and the great work of our moderators at Discord, also extremely key.
I also believe that the great work of the Twitter Intern has derived a lot of traffic and generated curiosity and interest in relevant people.
I would not like to forget about the "advisor" or "ambassador" position. Basically an influencer on Twitter who gives you ongoing support on Twitter, instead of being so clearly a promotion, it looks much more organic and if you make a good choice will totally make a difference. He usually charges a % of the mint. At Tillarys we are still looking for the right profile.
I leave you some pictures so you can see the results. To be bear market the truth is not bad at all, much less for the supply and price that we will have.
Remember to research projects that are at the same stage as you to see what and how they are doing.
CONCLUSION
Managing Twitter is complicated. There is no exact recipe, but there are certain basics and guidelines that will help you understand how to do it. You will have to rely on trial and error to focus on what really works for you.
Don't be afraid, prepare your strategy and launch yourself into the market. It will be this same market that will make you iterate to achieve your success. Of course, success is never guaranteed, in fact most NFT projects fail, but with a clear foundation you will be much closer to success.
Thanks for reading, see you in the next chapter!
